  • Guest：Our house was clean and ready for us. Very spacious. The issue we had for the duration of our trip was our pool/hot tub. We prepaid for it to be heated. Our son us autistic and when we travel we make sure to have a pool for him as it is his way to self regulate. From the beginning it was not heated. Each day we called and visited the front desk. Each time we were assured that maintenance would take care of it. They never even showed up and then marked the work ticket as complete. Multiple times I spoke with Gia at the fron desk. She was so nice and would radio for help. Still nothing. 2 days the hot tub worked, then when it was "fixed" we even lost the heat to the hot tub. That alone would have saved our vacation. Gia did refund my money and said that she would credit it even after the heat worked. We really needed this vacation after so much loss in our life this year and we were so disappointed. Another let down. We have also been looking for a place for a big family reunion this coming fall and this property checked all the boxes. That was until the visit without a heated pool/hot tub. :( Also, a vaccuun would have been appreciated. I need a clean space and using the broom wasn't efficient.

  • Guest：The service wasn’t great - we had to ask several times before issues were dealt with. Our pool spa was draining every time we turned it on… an easy fix once maintenance finally came to see us (almost two days after the complaint) and we were charged for pool heat when we didn’t receive it. When we would go to the main building to request help nothing was noted - no villa number, no names… so we knew it wasn’t going to be dealt with. Breakfast was horrible - and staff were not helpful. If you like sugar and coffee for breakfast, you’re good - but if you want tea you have to go downstairs and buy it. There were no blankets besides what was on the bed in the villa, the couch kept pulling apart every time it was sat on. Staff generally just were not interested in assisting in any way.
  • Guest：We had some questions and they offered us a concierge phone number but every time we call there was no one available. A little frustrating.
